When will I receive my order?
If you are in the US, about 5-10 business days. Please allow us 3-5 business days to make your jewelry and then 2-5 days for shipping.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Remove jewelry when getting wet and avoid contact with perfume, lotions, oil, etc. Store jewelry in a jewelry box or plastic bag. Do not use jewelry cleaner or polishing cloths.
Can I make a small change to the jewelry, for instance, choosing a different length?
Yes! Just send us an email and we can make it happen.
Can you leave out the invoice so I can ship it directly to the gift recipient?
Yes, we do not include an invoice on any order- instead please refer to the invoice that was emailed to you when you placed your order.
What happens if my jewelry breaks?
We are always looking to improve so if there is a problem with your jewelry, please let us know so we can repair it!
What if I don’t like the jewelry I ordered?
Even though each order is custom, we want you to be happy with your purchase so just let us know within 14 days or purchase and you can return it for a refund or exchange!
